No.30848 OF 2010\n             =====================\n           Dated this the 7th day of October, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner is a Junior Superintendent in the Sub<\/p>\n<p>treasury, Chalakkudy. He aspires from promotion as Sub<\/p>\n<p>treasury Officer.      But the Departmental Promotion<\/p>\n<p>Committee has superseded him for promotion. Against the<\/p>\n<p>same, the petitioner has filed Ext.P7 representation before<\/p>\n<p>the 4th respondent. Petitioner seeks direction to the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>     3.   Having heard both sides.
