JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 29\/04\/2011  \n \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been<br \/>\nfiled, with the following prayers :\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other<br \/>\nwrit, order or direction :\n<\/p>\n<p>A)\tDirecting<br \/>\nthe respondent no.2 to transfer the petitioner at his original place<br \/>\nand post at Amreli-2 Division Office forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>B)\tIn<br \/>\nthe alternative, the respondent no.2 may be directed to decide the<br \/>\nrepresentation of the petitioner dated 11.4.2011 within a period of<br \/>\ntwo weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>C)\tDuring<br \/>\nthe pendency and final disposal of this petition, the<br \/>\nRespondent No.2 may be directed to decide the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner dated 11.4.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>D)\tTo<br \/>\ngrant such and further relief a may be deemed fit and proper.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAt<br \/>\nthe very outset Mr.A.S.Supehia, learned counsel for the petitioner<br \/>\nstates that the interest of justice would be met if the petitioner is<br \/>\npermitted to make a fresh representation to respondent No.2, who may<br \/>\nbe directed to consider and decide the same within a stipulated<br \/>\nperiod of time.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tUpon<br \/>\nthe above statement being made by the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner, the following order is passed :\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to respondent<br \/>\nNo.2, within a period of two weeks from today.
