Dr. Kamal Kishore Singh son of not known to the petitioner, S.P.\n              Saran, Chapra\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/   11.04.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                From the contempt petition, it does not<\/p>\n<p>                     appear that in compliance of the orders of this Court<\/p>\n<p>                     dated    10.09.2009,   Annexure-1    petitioner   ever<\/p>\n<p>                     appeared before the Chairman of the Selection<\/p>\n<p>                     Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In the circumstances, I am not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>                     proceed with the contempt petition, which is<\/p>\n<p>                     dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>                     approach the Chairman, Selection Board and if<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner approaches the Chairman of the Selection<\/p>\n<p>                     Board requesting him to comply with the orders of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         this Court the Chairman should comply with the<\/p>\n<p>         orders of this Court, failing which petitioner may<\/p>\n<p>         move this Court again.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Arjun\/                            ( V.
