DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 18\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>This<br \/>\n\tapplication by the convict for considering his case for parole for a<br \/>\n\tperiod of 60 days on the ground of severe and serious ailment of<br \/>\n\tcarcinoma. When the matter is taken up for hearing, certificate<br \/>\n\tdated 5.7.2011 issued by the Medical officer, Central Jail<br \/>\n\tDispensary, Ahmedabad, is produced on record by the learned APP Ms.<br \/>\n\tShah, which would go to show that the applicant is suffering from<br \/>\n\tlevel II  cervical node and it is not operable due to the gross<br \/>\n\tadhesion with carotid artery because of chance of severe bleeding<br \/>\n\tand advised medicines for about 7 days. Meanwhile, the applicant is<br \/>\n\treferred to GCRI as per the advise of cancer specialist.\n<\/p>\n<p>However,<br \/>\n\tthe Jail Authority is directed to take proper care of the<br \/>\n\tapplicant-convict and as and when required, may be admitted or<br \/>\n\treferred to GCRI for better treatment, as advised.\n<\/p>\n<p>With<br \/>\n\tthe aforesaid, application disposed of accordingly.
