Hospital, Ernakulam.          He joined in Ernakulam on<\/p>\n<p>26.05.2003. The petitioner belongs to Panampad in Malappuram<\/p>\n<p>district and he is a member of Scheduled Caste, Vannan<\/p>\n<p>Community. He has married Sapna who belongs to Hindu Thiya<\/p>\n<p>community. He has already completed 5 years in the present<\/p>\n<p>post and his wife is now working as Microbiology Lab in Charge<\/p>\n<p>in Edappal Hospitals Pvt. Limited, Edappal, in Malappuram<\/p>\n<p>District.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The petitioner is seeking the benefit of various<\/p>\n<p>Government orders grating accommodation in vacancies<\/p>\n<p>available in his home district or nearby districts. He is seeking<\/p>\n<p>benefits of Government orders in the months of posting to inter-<\/p>\n<p>cast married couple, and also due to the fact that he is a<\/p>\n<p>scheduled caste.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Presently, he has requested for a transfer from the<\/p>\n<p>E.S.I. Hospital, Ernakulam to the E.S.I. Hospital either at<\/p>\n<p>Olarikkara, Thrissur District or at Faroke, Kozhikode district.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P12 is the last one of the applications.<\/p>\n<p>wpc:9620\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     4.
