No. 5035 (W) of 2015 is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>                    by directing the Managing Director of the<\/p>\n<p>                    respondent corporation to consider the propriety<\/p>\n<p>                    of   the    petitioner&#8217;s   claim   and    to   make    a<\/p>\n<p>                    recommendation to the State government on the<\/p>\n<p>                    basis thereof within a period of eight weeks from<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>date. If the recommendation is for any money to<\/p>\n<p>be paid to the petitioner, such recommendation<\/p>\n<p>should     be    forwarded    to   the   Secretary,<\/p>\n<p>Department of Finance for the State to ensure<\/p>\n<p>that adequate funds are made available to the<\/p>\n<p>corporation to clear the dues of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>within a period of five months from date.       The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will be entitled to interest at the rate<\/p>\n<p>of 7% per annum from the month following the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s superannuation till the date of<\/p>\n<p>payment if the petitioner&#8217;s payment is made<\/p>\n<p>within five months from date.
