In their wisdom, the Government have<\/p>\n<p>come to the concrete conclusion,                  by now, that such G.O.<\/p>\n<p>requires to be withdrawn. Accordingly, the Government have<\/p>\n<p>freezed the G.O. impugned in this writ petition, obviously<\/p>\n<p>because necessary further legislative or other steps have to be<\/p>\n<p>taken to carry out any intended policy within the framework of<\/p>\n<p>the Constitution and the laws.
