property is based on alleged agreement  <\/p>\n

\nfather and anAggalieged_co.nfi’rmfati–o’n.'”o.f.saie agreement<\/p>\n

statement’on:rV?.1v9.”6’9′;2,608′ and’._’ha’s’V contested the suit claim.

  of alielged”‘consideration amount. Plaintiff filed<\/p>\n

seeking. .permission of the court to amend the plaint. The<\/p>\n
 application was opposed by filing the statement of<\/p>\n
 objections. The trial court has rejected I.A No.4 by noticing<\/p>\n

injunction, is now being sought to be converted into a suit
