RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n             ..............................................................................\n                      W.P.(C) No. 14833 OF 2010\n            ............................................................................\n                        Dated this the 13th May, 2010\n\n\n\n                                   J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The grievance of the petitioner is                                in      respect of callous<\/p>\n<p>inaction on the part of the first respondent in considering Ext. P2<\/p>\n<p>application preferred seeking to release the vehicle bearing No.<\/p>\n<p>KL-13\/P.8722, which was seized                             by the third respondent on<\/p>\n<p>15.04.2010. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner or his vehicle was not involved in any offence<\/p>\n<p>and that the proceedings are liable to be finalised forthwith,<\/p>\n<p>passing appropriate orders by the first respondent, in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with the relevant provisions of law.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>      3.  Considering the facts and circumstances,                                          the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders<\/p>\n<p>on   Ext. P2 with regard to release of                                interim custody of the<\/p>\n<p>vehicle to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 14833 OF 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>rate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of the judgment.     The first respondent is also directed to<\/p>\n<p>pass final orders in the proceedings, taking the same to a logical<\/p>\n<p>conclusion, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a<\/p>\n<p>period of two months thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the Writ Petition before the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>for pursuing further steps.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The Writ Petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 P.R.
