No.9454 of 2011\n            RAJENDRA PANDEY SON OF LATE RAM PARVESH PANDEY.\n                                                    --------- PETITIONER\n                                          Versus\n                       THE STATE OF BIHAR THROUGH VIG\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   25.03.2011              Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  the Vigilance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The     petitioner     being   the   Electrical<\/p>\n<p>                  Superintending Engineer is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                  case registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and<\/p>\n<p>                  120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2)(1)<\/p>\n<p>                  read with Section 13 (I) (d) of Prevention of Corruption<\/p>\n<p>                  Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner was Electrical Executive<\/p>\n<p>                  Engineer, Supply Division, Buxur at the relevant time.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is alleged that on 06.02.2009, raid was<\/p>\n<p>                  conducted by Vigilance Authority in the leadership of<\/p>\n<p>                  Ratan    Kumar,     Electrical    Executive    Engineer.<\/p>\n<p>                  Subsequently, the Vigilance found the complicity of<\/p>\n<p>                  the officials of electricity department also in allowing<\/p>\n<p>                  the rice mill owners to run the rice mill by illegally<\/p>\n<p>                  consuming the electricity.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the fact that initially, the case<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             was instituted against the rice mill owners by the<\/p>\n<p>             officials of the Electricity Department when the<\/p>\n<p>             petitioner was also an Executive Engineer of the<\/p>\n<p>             Electricity Department and others have already been<\/p>\n<p>             granted anticipatory bail, let the above named<\/p>\n<p>             petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event<\/p>\n<p>             of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court<\/p>\n<p>             below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on<\/p>\n<p>             furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>             with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>             satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance-I,<\/p>\n<p>             Patna in connection with Vigilance Case No. 80\/2010<\/p>\n<p>             corresponding to Spl.
