RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                            B.A. No. 2879 OF 2007\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                    Dated this the 25th day of May, 2007\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Petitioners,   who   are     accused   Nos.1   to   4   in   Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.133\/07   of   Kattakada   Police   Station   for   offences   punishable   under<\/p>\n<p>Secs.143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 506(ii) and 427 I.P.C. and section 27 of<\/p>\n<p>the Arms Act, 1959, seek  anticipatory bail.    The occurrence took place<\/p>\n<p>on 2.4.07.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>       3.      Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<\/p>\n<p>But at the same time,  I am inclined to permit the petitioners to surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then<\/p>\n<p>to  have their application   for  bail  considered  by  the  Magistrate     having<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction.     Accordingly,   the   petitioners   shall   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>investigating  officer  on  any day   between 30-05-2007 and 01-06-2007<\/p>\n<p>for the purpose of interrogation and   recovery of incriminating material,<\/p>\n<p>if any.   The petitioners shall, thereafter, be produced on the same day<\/p>\n<p>before   the   Magistrate,   who   shall   release   the   petitioners   on   bail   on<\/p>\n<p>appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       This petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                         (V.
