No.20654 of 2011\n                                 Ranjeet Kumar Sao\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   15\/07\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Umesh<\/p>\n<p>                        Lal Verma learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                      In this case, instituted against unknown, petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                        name emerged during investigation as the person at whose house some<\/p>\n<p>                        stolen articles, like taps, was sold.   He on license has a shop to<\/p>\n<p>                        purchase the kabadi items.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Ranjeet Kumar Sao, be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                        bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with<\/p>\n<p>                        two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                        Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (T)<\/p>\n<p>                        P.S.
