  the file of the Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.),<\/p>\n
 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’ for<\/p>\n
 shori;},___f’1awa1’ciing Compensation of ?3,20,000\/– with<\/p>\n
 interest at 6% p.a.<\/p>\n
2.In brief, the facts of the case are:
\nThe appellant, aged about 1 year, 2 months,<\/p>\n
represented through natural guarclian–m0ther, claimed<\/p>\n

injuries sustained by him in the road traffic accident<\/p>\n
contending that he was hale and healthy prior\ufb01top the<\/p>\n
accident and that about 9.45 am. on <\/p>\n

 parietal and swelling of brain (cerebral<\/p>\n
 oedenia). On account of the injuries sustained in the<\/p>\n
“if  traffic accident, he has undergone treatment for a<\/p>\n
 “period of 29 days in the hospital. PW3–<\/p>\n
Dr.Sathyanarayana Shenoy stated that water was
\nstored in the brain of the appeilant and it was removed<\/p>\n
by inserting tube from head to stomach. The junction of<\/p>\n
