Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners of Cr. Misc. No. 33437 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2010 are languishing in custody since 19.10.2010<\/p>\n<p>                   and in Cr. Misc. No. 33444 of 2010 petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   nos. 1 and 2 are in custody since 19.06.2010 and<\/p>\n<p>                   16.06.2010        respectively        in    a    case    registered<\/p>\n<p>                   under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                            It       is     specifically           alleged     against<\/p>\n<p>                   Bindeshwari         Yadav(not        petitioner        before    this<\/p>\n<p>                   court)       of    causing      Dabia       blow(shrap      cutting<\/p>\n<p>                   weapon)on         the   head    of    the     informant.        It    is<\/p>\n<p>                   alleged       against     all     accused       persons    to    have<\/p>\n<p>                   assaulted three brothers of the informant. It is<\/p>\n<p>                   also     alleged        against      Viveka     Nand     Vivek       and<\/p>\n<p>                   Sanjay Yadav that they resorted to fire causing<\/p>\n<p>                   bullet injury to one Narad Kumar on his leg.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted by the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for    the    petitioners         that     there    is    case       and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       counter case and petitioners&#8217; side also received<\/p>\n<p>       injury. The informant&#8217;s side have been granted<\/p>\n<p>       bail     vide   Cr.       Misc.          No.    30936       of    2010    on<\/p>\n<p>       24.08.2010. The certified copy of the order has<\/p>\n<p>       been produced before this court. Let it be kept<\/p>\n<p>       on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Considering           the        fact         that     there    is<\/p>\n<p>       general    allegation           against         the      petitioners      of<\/p>\n<p>       assaulting      to       the    informant&#8217;s              three    brothers<\/p>\n<p>       except one specific allegation of firing causing<\/p>\n<p>       injury    on    the       leg       of    Narad         Kumar,    let    the<\/p>\n<p>       petitioners,         Sushil          Yadav          @    Sushil      Kumar,<\/p>\n<p>       Maheshwar Yadav, Lahsen Yadav @ Surendra Yadav,<\/p>\n<p>       Sanjay Yadav @ Sanjay Kumar Sayan @ Sanjay Kumar<\/p>\n<p>       Sajan and Viveka Nand Vivek @ Babloo be released<\/p>\n<p>       on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>       (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>       like   amount    each          to    the       satisfaction        of    the<\/p>\n<p>       learned     C.J.M.         Saharsa             in       connection       with<\/p>\n<p>       Sonbarsa P.S.
