                 other analogous cases disposed of on 28.6.2011, the case of Ajay<\/p>\n
                 Kumar & others vs. State of Bihar & others reported in 2011 (3) PLJR<\/p>\n
                 575.<\/span><\/p>\n
                             This writ application is disposed of with a direction of the<\/p>\n
                 respondents that if the cases of both the petitioners come within the<\/p>\n
                 ambit of the said decision their cases will also be considered in light<\/p>\n
                 of the same.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
