No.3267 of 2011\n                                    SHEIKH KALAMUDDIN\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   15.03.2011           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          There is allegation of giving Gadansa blow to the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant causing injury on her head but photostat copy of injury<\/p>\n<p>                 report which has been produced by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner in course of hearing, reveals that the informant has<\/p>\n<p>                 received three injuries on her head and all the injuries were found<\/p>\n<p>                 simple in nature but danger to the life of informant.<\/p>\n<p>                          The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                 that there was matrimonial dispute between the nephew of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner and informant&#8217;s daughter. As a matter of fact, the<\/p>\n<p>                 dacoity had been committed in the house of the informant on<\/p>\n<p>                 22.07.2010 and in the said occurrence, she sustained injury. After<\/p>\n<p>                 one week of the alleged occurrence, she lodged the instant case<\/p>\n<p>                 on account of the above-said matrimonial dispute.<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                 well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                 Sheikh Kalamuddin be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                 Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each in connection with Gopalpur P. S.
