S.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner proposes to file a reply to the<\/p>\n<p>                   same.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The limited relief sought for at this stage is<\/p>\n<p>                   to direct the respondents to dispose off the matter at an<\/p>\n<p>                   early date by a reasoned and speaking order. Leave is<\/p>\n<p>                   sought the reafter to withdraw the writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>                              The show cause notice specified a time limit<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       of 15 days to respond.
