No.20999 of 2010\n                                   SATI RAM SINGH\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   25.6.2010                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the nature of accusation under<\/p>\n<p>                 Section 414 of the Penal Code, grant of bail earlier and<\/p>\n<p>                 that the period for which he is alleged to have<\/p>\n<p>                 absconded, let the petitioner above named be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>                 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000\/- (twenty<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                 the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class,<\/p>\n<p>                 Arrah, Bhojpur in connection with Trial No. 923\/2009<\/p>\n<p>                 arising out of Bihiya P.S. Case No. 59 of 2000.<\/p>\n<p>                               The photographs and proof of residence of<\/p>\n<p>                 the bailors shall be appended to the bail bonds which<\/p>\n<p>                 shall be verified through the local police before final<\/p>\n<p>                 acceptance, till which date the petitioner is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                 remain physically present in the Court.<\/p>\n<p>                                If he absconds during trial, the Court below<\/p>\n<p>                 shall be at liberty to proceed appropriately against the<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties also, if the circumstances so warrant.<\/p>\n<pre>P.
