The issue pertains to the<\/p>\n<p>question whether the petitioner was liable to be terminated based<\/p>\n<p>on C.C.13\/2000 pending before the Enquiry Commissioner and<\/p>\n<p>Special Judge, Kozhikode.       It is seen that the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>otherwise crossed the age of superannuation. Therefore, it is for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner to approach the Government.
