No.39572 of 2010\n                                     RAM CHANDRA DAS\n                                                 Versus\n                                       STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       ------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/    20.12.2010          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It appears from perusal of the impugned order of the learned<\/p>\n<p>                    Addl. Sessions Judge FTC No. II, Banka that almost all the<\/p>\n<p>                    prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is<\/p>\n<p>                    pending for want of FSL report.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Admittedly, the petitioner is in jail custody since 2.2.2009<\/p>\n<p>                    and there is only allegation against him that he provided some herbal<\/p>\n<p>                    medicine to informant&#8217;s mother.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid acts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    submissions of the parties, the petitioner, Ram Chandra Das, is<\/p>\n<p>                    directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                    with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Addl. Sessions Judge FTC II, Banka in Sessions Trial no.552\/2009<\/p>\n<p>                    arising out of Chandan(Anandpur) P.S.
