Call for the lower court<\/p>\n<p>                  records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             As regards prayer for bail, the submission is that it is true<\/p>\n<p>                  that the appellant has been convicted under section 307 and 353\/34<\/p>\n<p>                  IPC but there was no injury caused to any one nor there was any<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence in that behalf, during the pendency of the appeal, let<\/p>\n<p>                  appellant Ramesh Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                  of Rs.10000\/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                  each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                  FTC II, Bhojpur at Ara in S.T.
