Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/10\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ===============\n                W.P.(C) NO. 30690 OF 2007 C\n               =====================\n\n           Dated this the 17th day of October, 2007\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Aggrieved by Ext.P1 final determination order passed<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner, Ext.P2 appeal and Ext.P3 stay petition has<\/p>\n<p>been filed. During its pendency, by Ext.P4, revenue recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings have been initiated for recovery of Rs.3,959\/- and<\/p>\n<p>other charges. Under these circumstances, this writ petition has<\/p>\n<p>been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    In view of the pendency of Ext.P2 appeal before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 appeal, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate    within a period of six<\/p>\n<p>weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>     3.
