It   is   case   of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner that by virtue of Ext.P1 series of lease petitioner is in<\/p>\n<p>possession of 37.36 acres of land in Pallivasal village and there<\/p>\n<p>is   an   injunction   order   in   their   favour.     But   because   of   the<\/p>\n<p>political   influence   8th         respondent   and   supporters   are<\/p>\n<p>obstructing   his   right   of   peaceful   possession.     It   is   also<\/p>\n<p>submitted   that   compound   wall   of   the   petitioner   was<\/p>\n<p>demolished.     Govt.Pleader   submitted   that   several   cases   are<\/p>\n<p>registered   against   the   petitioner   and   his   name   was<\/p>\n<p>recommended to publish in the gunda list.  It is the case of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   that   because   of   the   political   influence   crimes   are<\/p>\n<p>registered unnecessarily without any rhyme or reason and it is<\/p>\n<p>also   submitted   that   all   crimes   stated   are   only   with   regard   to<\/p>\n<p>property   disputes.     We   are   not   expressing   any   opinion<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C).2769\/2007                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>regarding the possession, rights of the petitioner, merits in the<\/p>\n<p>crime   registered   etc.   in   a   petition   under   Article   226   of   the<\/p>\n<p>Constitution   of   India.     Unless   the   license   granted   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   are   legally   terminated   petitioner   can   possess   the<\/p>\n<p>property and it is the duty of the police to see that civil court<\/p>\n<p>orders are not violated and law and order is maintained.   This<\/p>\n<p>will  not  prevent   the  police  to  investigate  the   crime   registered<\/p>\n<p>strictly   according   to   law.
