Any contract which had been signed for the same work, terms and conditions laid down for<br \/>\nthe work, security deposit paid for the work and the amount which has been repaid by the department.<br \/>\nPermission for checking of investigation documents of investigation done on 15\/4\/10 on letter no. 2010-<br \/>\n11\/144 and to get the copy of expected documents. The officer who was to take decision regarding the<br \/>\nletter; and if no decision has been taken then, information about the departmental inquiry on the officer. On<br \/>\nwhat grounds has the deposit been not paid based on which term. Was the consent for non payment of<br \/>\ndeposit taken. Procedure to get back the unpaid security deposit. The unpaid deposit, if has been transferred<br \/>\nto some other department, the information about that. Date and amount paid during the work period details<br \/>\nand copy of expected documents for investigation on letter no. 2009-10\/142, 2010-11\/166 and 2009-10\/419.<br \/>\nOfficer deciding the investigation and departmental inquiry done on him if not decided yet. Present situation<br \/>\nof the security deposit by Tyagi transport for the work. Copy of the document in which the service ax has<br \/>\nbeen deposited at the service tax department.\n<\/p>\n<p>PIO Replied<br \/>\nThe PIO replied in sequence and the inspections were to be done by prior permission of the department of<br \/>\nany working day.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>The information provided by the PIO is incomplete and is not point wise.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO was ordered to allow the inspection of files and provide all the information within 15 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant is aggrieved that the information was not supplied by the PIO according to the order of FAA.<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Kiran Pal Singh Tyagi;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. R. P. Sehgal, Public Information Officer &amp; Co. Secretary-cum-Addl. General Manager;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Appellant states that he has given inspection of the file but was not shown the files of Mr. Varun<br \/>\nTyagi and Mr. Kiran Tyagi. The PIO offers to give an inspection of the relevant files today itself at<br \/>\n02.00PM.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant files of Mr. Varun Tyagi<br \/>\nand Mr. Kiran Tyagi by the Appellant today i.e. 25\/01\/2011 at 02.00PM.
