As this order is passed in absence of<br \/>\n\tprivate respondents-opponents in those Revision Applications, it<br \/>\n\tgoes without saying that they have liberty to approach the Court<br \/>\n\twith appropriate application with a copy to the other side, in case<br \/>\n\tof difficulties.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of this direction, Shri Mehta, learned advocate appearing for<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.<br \/>\n\tPermission as sought for is granted. Matter is disposed of as<br \/>\n\twithdrawn. No costs.
