The third<\/p>\n<p>respondent is the wife of the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 are her<\/p>\n<p>parents. The parents of the petitioner are also present. At the request of<\/p>\n<p>respondents 4 and 5, we as per order dated 21.2.2008, directed the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent to stay with her parents for a period of three months.               The<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition is filed seeking a declaration that respondents 4 and 5 have<\/p>\n<p>no right whatsoever to keep the third respondent in their illegal<\/p>\n<p>confinement and for a direction to let the third respondent free.<\/p>\n<p>      2. We have talked to the parties at length. The petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>third respondent submitted before us that they got married on 24.10.2007<\/p>\n<p>at Kanniyamman Koil, Manapakkam, Chengalpet District, Tamil Nadu<\/p>\n<p>according to Hindu rites and ceremonies and that at present both of them<\/p>\n<p>are working in Chennai.       We have ascertained from the third respondent<\/p>\n<p>whether she is in illegal confinement of respondents 4 and 5 and she<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>informed us that she is not under any illegal confinement and that she<\/p>\n<p>intends to go and live with her husband, the petitioner herein.   In the<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, we direct respondents 4 and 5 to respect and accept the<\/p>\n<p>status of the petitioner and the third respondent as husband and wife.<\/p>\n<p>Respondents 4 and 5 gave graciously agreed to do so.<\/p>\n<p>      No further directions are necessary in the Writ Petition.
