No.2. Insofar as the claim in the instant case is concerned,<\/p>\n
the Tribunal on noticing the wound certificate <\/p>\n
note of the fact that claimant had suffered <\/p>\n

 3. Above all, what is to be noticed is that the claimant<\/p>\n
 so  presently no more and the Wife of the claimant  now<\/p>\n
before this Court and as such she shouid be entitled. to<\/p>\n
