Petitioner is a third party,<\/p>\n<p>and if at all the petitioner has any grievance, it is for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to seek the statutory remedies that are available.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, I am not persuaded to interfere with Ext.P3 in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Writ petition fails and is dismissed.
