No.1145 of 2011\n                              JAI RAM RAI\n                                  Versus\n                          THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   17.01.2011             This is an application for modification of the<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail order dated 11.10.2010 as passed in<\/p>\n<p>                   Cr. Misc. No. 29544 of 2010, wherein the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   was allowed anticipatory bail with a direction to<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender before the Court-below within four weeks<\/p>\n<p>                   and submit his bail bonds there.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel submits that the order of<\/p>\n<p>                   this court could not reach the concerned court-below<\/p>\n<p>                   namely,    the Addl. Chief         Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                   Dalsinghsarai, hence he was unable to submit his bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond there. It is further submitted that the order was<\/p>\n<p>                   received by the court-below on 15.11.2010 hence his<\/p>\n<p>                   bail bond was not accepted after four weeks there.<\/p>\n<p>                   Therefore, prayer is made for extending the date for<\/p>\n<p>                   surrendering and filing bail-bonds before the Court-<\/p>\n<p>                   below.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             In the circumstance, the said order dated<\/p>\n<p>                   11.10.2010 as passed in the said Cr. Misc. No. 29544<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       of 2010 is modified to the extent that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>       will surrender before the court-below within three<\/p>\n<p>       weeks from today and he will furnish his bail bond<\/p>\n<p>       there. Accordingly, the modification application is<\/p>\n<p>       allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  (C.M.
