No.24271 of 2011\n                            Gyan Chandra Mandal son of Late Prabhu Mandal\n                                                  Versus\n                                          The State Of Bihar\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.      26.7.2011             Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                    the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner seeks bail in Kasim Bazar P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                    case No.191 of 2009 (S.Tr.No.518 of 2010\/627 of 2010)<\/p>\n<p>                    instituted for the offence u\/ss.307, 448, 341, 323, 325,<\/p>\n<p>                    354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner was refused bail by an order<\/p>\n<p>                    dated 25.6.2010 vide Cr.Misc.No.14103 of 2010 since<\/p>\n<p>                    he had misused the privilege of bail and had committed<\/p>\n<p>                    this act while on bail in the Criminal Appeal filed against<\/p>\n<p>                    his conviction u\/s.302 I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In view of such, I am not inclined to review the<\/p>\n<p>                    earlier order.
