{ wo'rl\u00a7.s",i.theipetitioner are required to purchase building materials from<\/p>\n
V.'ill."v.tVhe–.p.–rivaVte sources. It is further contended that the petitioner do not<\/p>\n
  'anyiquarries and that they are not iiable to pay any royalty to the<\/p>\n
respondents. However, the responoents are deducting royalty from<\/p>\n
the bills of the petitioner without authority of law. Hence, <\/p>\n
petitions praying not to deduct the royalty from the <\/p>\n
petitioner in respect of the materials procured by them 'fromjpirivi\/ate–.,'i<\/p>\n
