GANESH MAHTO\n                          ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>                                                  Versus<br \/>\n                                         STATE OF BIHAR\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n2    19.1.2011              Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                            The    submission      of     learned      counsel    for<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioners is that they have not been even<\/p>\n<p>                 shown assailants of the deceased in the F.I.R.<\/p>\n<p>                 Assailants       were    either    Dinesh       Mahto    and    Bhim<\/p>\n<p>                 Mahto or his two brothers.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Thus,    having      regard     to    the    facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances       of    the     case,    in    the     event    of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioners shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing        bail    bond      of     Rs.     10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount     each     to    the     satisfaction          of     Chief<\/p>\n<p>                 Judicial    Magistrate,         Lakhisarai       in     Suryagarha<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S.
