Maji, A.P.P.\n                                       ------\n\n2\/ 08.07.2011<\/pre>\n<p>            Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the<br \/>\n          Prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under<br \/>\n          Sections 364(A), 387, 386, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with S.T.<br \/>\n          No. 34 of 2010 arising out of Kharswan P.S. Case No. 4 of 2010 corresponding<br \/>\n          to G.R. No. 31 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         There is direct allegation against petitioners and other co-accused<br \/>\n          to have abducted the informant for demand of rupees two lakhs and the persons<br \/>\n          nearby reached at the spot and apprehended the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners,<br \/>\n          Singrai Samad and Sufal Mahali, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is<br \/>\n          rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                   ( H. C.
