No.43730 of 2010\n                               SANTOSH KUMAR KASHYAP\n                                           Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.      13.04.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Torture for demand of dowry is the allegation. Lawyer<\/p>\n<p>                         for complainant is there to place the allegation effectively and by<\/p>\n<p>                         filing a document allegedly written at the instance of police that<\/p>\n<p>                         every assurance was given by the complainant to keep the informant<\/p>\n<p>                         with dignity and honour is not being obeyed rather she has been<\/p>\n<p>                         tortured again. Further submission on her behalf is that just after<\/p>\n<p>                         lodging of this F. I. R. divorce case was filed by this petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                         thereafter, a complaint case for theft of ornaments and other<\/p>\n<p>                         household articles in itself goes to show that differences are there in<\/p>\n<p>                         between the wife and husband for different causes not for demand of<\/p>\n<p>                         dowry only.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                         in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from<\/p>\n<p>                         the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                         named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                         Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                         to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in<\/p>\n<p>                         connection with Ara Town P. S. Case No.320 of 2010, subject to<\/p>\n<p>                         conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.
