A certificate from Panchayat is enclosed with the<br \/>\napplication.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks.  The convict<br \/>\nhas enjoyed one temporary bail in the month of February-March 2011<br \/>\nand two furloughs, one in the year 2008 and another in the year 2009<br \/>\nand every time, he has reported in time.  Nothing adverse is noticed<br \/>\nfrom the jail remarks.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the application is allowed.
