Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :24\/05\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J\n                      -------------------\n                       W.P.(C).15715\/2010\n                      --------------------\n               Dated this the 24th day of May, 2010\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is an appointee under Rule 9(a)(1) of KS &amp; SSR.<\/p>\n<p>She   seeks a direction for continuance in service beyond the<\/p>\n<p>period for which she has been appointed.           Being a 9(a)(1)<\/p>\n<p>appointee,     the maximum the petitioner can claim is for<\/p>\n<p>retention in service until the expiry of the period. In this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition,   the claim of the petitioner is that she should be<\/p>\n<p>retained beyond the period for which she is appointed.
