There will be a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the respondents to take appropriate action for regularizing the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in service in the light of the judgment of this Court<\/p>\n<p>dated 23.07.2004 in W.P.(C) No.37611\/2003 within a period of<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>along with copy of the judgment referred to above.
