Justice K.M.JOSEPH\n\n Dated :08\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                                     K.M.JOSEPH, J.\n\n                   ------------------------------------------\n\n                      W.P.(C).No. 32707 OF 2006\n\n                    --------------------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 8th day of December,2006.\n\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Complaint of the petitioner,  who  is  a retired teacher is  that she<\/p>\n<p>has been denied the revision of salary and pensionary benefits as per<\/p>\n<p>the pay revision for the reason that her service book is not traceable.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner   has   preferred   Ext.P3   representation   before   the   third<\/p>\n<p>respondent highlighting her grievances.<\/p>\n<p>       2.  I heard learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
