No. 136 of 2008 by which he has<\/p>\n<p>                    allowed the application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for<\/p>\n<p>                    examination of the Doctor and the Investigating Officer.<\/p>\n<p>                             Since the order was passed on 02.07.2009 in all<\/p>\n<p>                    probability the witnesses would have been examined.<\/p>\n<p>                             In view of such, I am not inclined to interfere in<\/p>\n<p>                    the matter.
