Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.7.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under section 47A of the Excise Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner was bonafide passenger and while he was travelling by<\/p>\n<p>                    the tempo, from which 320 liters country made liquor were<\/p>\n<p>                    recovered, he was caught by the police along with the driver of the<\/p>\n<p>                    aforesaid tempo.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well<\/p>\n<p>                    as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Krishnadeo Gupta,<\/p>\n<p>                    be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura P.S.
