DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 27\/12\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already<br \/>\nengaged the advocate to prefer Special Leave Petition before the Apex<br \/>\nCourt against the order of rejection of his criminal appeal.  Learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the petitioner has also produced translated paper book<br \/>\nto be filed in the Apex Court.  It is further submitted that the jail<br \/>\nrecord of the petitioner is reasonably good and he has surrendered in<br \/>\ntime before the jail authority, except on one occasion.  Considering<br \/>\nthe above aspects, it is submitted that the petitioner may be granted<br \/>\nparole leave for a period of four weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP submits that the petitioner was released on furlough in a recent<br \/>\npast.  However, the fact about preparing paper book, engaging<br \/>\nadvocate in the Apex Court, etc are not disputed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above and considering the facts that, the  petitioner<br \/>\nwould like to file Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court and<br \/>\nthat he would like to take follow up actions, including financial<br \/>\narrangement to pursue his cause before the Apex Court, I am inclined<br \/>\nto grant two weeks parole leave by furnishing personal bond of<br \/>\nRs.2,000\/- before the jail authority, on usual terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthis application is allowed.
