KUMAR J.\n       ****\n<\/pre>\n<p>           This petition has been filed under Article 226\/227 of the<\/p>\n<p>Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of<\/p>\n<p>mandamus directing respondents to grant the consequential benefits of<\/p>\n<p>continuity of service to the petitioner for the purpose of length of service<\/p>\n<p>without back-wages on the reinstatement in service i.e. from the date of<\/p>\n<p>relieving till the date of rejoining and also directing the respondents to re-<\/p>\n<p>appoint the petitioner as has been done in other cases of the similarly<\/p>\n<p>situated persons.\n<\/p>\n<p>           The petitioner has rendered service for 89 days in the year 1997.<\/p>\n<p>He has filed this petition for reinstatement. There is no right which has<\/p>\n<p>accrued to the petitioner for making such a prayer.<\/p>\n<p>           This writ petition is wholly without merit.
