The application is dated 30.04.2011.  It was<br \/>\nforwarded by the Jail authorities to the High Court by letter dated<br \/>\n01.05.2011.  It was received by the High Court on 03.05.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned Additional Special Public Prosecutor  pointed out that<br \/>\nearlier this very convict had filed an application being Criminal<br \/>\nMisc. Application No.3706 of 2011 for temporary bail. The same was<br \/>\nconsidered by this Court by this Court and was dismissed by a<br \/>\ndetailed order dated 25.04.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nlearned  Additional Special Public Prosecutor invited attention of<br \/>\nthe Court to the fact that the very convict has filed an application<br \/>\nthrough an advocate being Criminal Misc. Application No.1720 of 2011.<br \/>\nThe same was not pressed by the counsel on 09.05.2011.  The same was<br \/>\ndisposed of by the following order:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;1.0\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Khalid G. Shaikh states that he has instructions not to<br \/>\npress this application at this stage.  He states that the application<br \/>\naccordingly be disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tThe<br \/>\napplication is disposed of as not pressed.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\naforesaid facts show that the convict is filing successive<br \/>\napplication on the same grounds.  Hence no case is made out for grant<br \/>\nof relief as prayed for.  Hence this application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
