__O8.07.2007, when deceased Madamrria<\/p>\n
 Bangalore m Ooty road in front of<\/p>\n
 Post  Begur, a car bearing registration No.<\/p>\n
it ‘V~:i_”*i{Af\u00e90.4wMB~9469 came from Gundlupet side in a rash<\/p>\n
 and negligent manner and dashed against the deceased<\/p>\n
 and she sustained injuries. immediately she was shifted<\/p>\n
to hospital where she succumbed to injuries on the<\/p>\n
same day. Her husband and five major Children \ufb01led a<\/p>\n
Claim petition before the MACT, Nanjangud, <\/p>\n
compensation of Rs.23,55,0OO\/W. The  ”<\/p>\n
impugned judgment and award\u00ab. “I’1’aS_:”‘<\/p>\n
compensation of Rs.2,54.()00V\/\u00bb~ with i11,terestfa_t”6% <\/p>\n

for a total compensation of Rs.2,66,000\/~ as against<\/p>\n
Rs.2,54,000\/– awarded by the Tribunal with interest at<\/p>\n
6% p.a. 011 the enhanced compensation of Rs.12,0Q_0\/\u00bb–
\nfrom the date of claim petition till the<\/p>\n
