P .BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 24\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed by the applicant through jail for grant of<br \/>\nTemporary Bail for a period of 20 days so as to perform the post<br \/>\ndeath rituals of the father of the convict &#8211; applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Raval waives service of<br \/>\nprocess of Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application and the Jail<br \/>\nRemarks, the application is allowed.  The applicant is ordered to be<br \/>\nreleased on Temporary Bail for a period of 20 days from<br \/>\nthe date of his release, on his executing a personal bond of<br \/>\nRs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\njail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender to the jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nTemporary Bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
