Against sentence of seven years, he has undergone<br \/>\nnearly five years.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe request made, petitioner is ordered to be released on parole for<br \/>\na period of two weeks on his depositing an amount of<br \/>\nRs.10,000\/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) before the jail authorities. Upon<br \/>\ncompletion of the said parole period, he shall surrender before the<br \/>\njail authorities. Application is disposed of.
