Singaravelan\n\n\t\tFor Respondents\t  :  Mr. S. Sivashanmugam\n\t\t\t\t\t     Government Advocate \n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to complete the enquiry proceedings within the time frame in respect of the Charge Memo issued by the first respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.No.2127 of 1998 dated 21.11.1998.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Learned counsel has no instructions in the matter as of today. At the time of filing of O.A. in the year 1999, the petitioner was serving as Village Assistant and aged about 55 years. He challenges the Charge Memo dated 21.11.1998 issued by the first respondent. There is no stay of Proceedings. In such view of the matter, the petitioner would have superannuated and the proceedings initiated would have concluded, one way or other. If the grievance subsists petitioner can make a representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.
