Kaushik,  for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Pradeep Shrimal, Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                      &#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>        Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>         At this stage, M.K. Kaushik, learned counsel for the accused petitioner wants to withdraw this bail application but he requested that liberty be given to him to file fresh bail application after recording statements of material witnesses and prosecutrix. The Public Prosecutor opposed this prayer. <\/p>\n<p>        The bail application filed by the accused petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn but he is permitted to file fresh bail application after recording of statements of material witnesses and prosecutrix .
