Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :23\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                             S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                      ==================\n                       W.P(C).No.13760 of 2008\n                      ==================\n                 Dated this the 23rd day of March, 2009\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner challenges Ext.P9 order of the District Registrar of<\/p>\n<p>Societies, Kozhikode, wherein he has accepted the list of office bearers<\/p>\n<p>of the Association for Welfare of Handicapped, submitted by the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The counsel for the petitioner submits that in so far as<\/p>\n<p>three suits have been filed between the parties in respect of the<\/p>\n<p>subject matter, the validity of Ext.P9 also can be gone into in those<\/p>\n<p>suits. Therefore, the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be<\/p>\n<p>disposed of without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge<\/p>\n<p>the validity of Ext.P9 also in the said suits.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the 2nd respondent as also the learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
