The application for occupancy rights in of ‘the.ucA_lainds<\/p>\n
mentioned in form No.7 was’ g_1janted.Vat the ;tin”;e._of surVle3r__””e.<\/p>\n
The appellant realised the mis\u00e9tahe thatllhefihafd omitted the
\nsy.No.l37\/2A in the ~\u00ab.{or_i”grant of it occupancy<\/p>\n
righ.ts,  authorities the appellant made
\nsubrnissisohipon’i._2V?’:;.l’.l’9*8′:l”that he is an illiterate and by
\nmistaiie he xcoulld’ not ‘mention sy. No. 137\/ 2A.<\/p>\n
 contention of the appellant that the landlord<\/p>\n
 ohjection for grant of occupation in respect of<\/p>\n
s3’f:–l\\io.v-13?,\/ii2A in ‘favour of the appellant herein. The tribunal<\/p>\n
 ..ac_cord’ingly granted occupancy rights. The respt. No.3 is a<\/p>\n
it  claimant. He challenged the order of grant in favour of<\/p>\n
xthe appellant. herein in WP.No.l4407\/89. This court set<\/p>\n
aside the order and remanded the matter for fresh<\/p>\n
consideration. The tribunal after remand heard the parties .<\/p>\n
